Eligibility for Government Agencies
Government workforce development agencies that provide job-related training and/or career services at no cost to program participants are eligible to apply. Program recipients can be:
- un/under employed individuals participating in a no-cost, non-profit-sponsored workforce development program.
- veterans or transitioning military personnel participating in a no-cost, non-profit-sponsored workforce development program.
- [may be] students enrolled in a higher education institution but participating in a program outside of their academic institution.
The government agency must provide a valid Tax ID Number, DUNS Number or Unique Entity ID for the government agency to be eligible for the program. Please see the “General FAQs” for where to find this information for your government agency.

Additional Eligibility Requirements for Government Agencies in the United States

Google provides organization(s) with access to training and certification valued at $750 per individual. This is not a gift to any specific individual.
As a reminder, Alphabet companies may be vendors and/or lobbyist employers and employees of Alphabet companies may be registered lobbyists. If institution(s) cannot accept this gift or if accepting the gift would prevent Alphabet companies from supplying products or services to institution(s), please notify us and we will arrange for you to be removed from the program.

Eligibility for Nonprofits
Registered non-profit organizations (that have been approved by Google for Nonprofits) that provide job-related training and/or career services at no cost to program participants are eligible to apply. Program recipients can be:
- un/under employed individuals participating in a no-cost, non-profit-sponsored workforce development program.
- veterans or transitioning military personnel participating in a no-cost, non-profit-sponsored workforce development program.
- [may be] students enrolled in a higher education institution but participating in a program outside of their academic institution.
If your nonprofit organization is not already registered with Google for Nonprofits, please register your nonprofit to be eligible for the Career Launchpad Program. See “General FAQs” for instructions on how to register with Google for Nonprofits and Google for Nonprofits’ eligibility requirements.
