How do I apply for the Google Cloud Platform credits program?
Apply for credits for your courses as a faculty member
If faculty members want to manage credits on behalf of students in their academic courses, eligible faculty can use our online form to apply for Google Cloud credits for students to give them real, hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform. It is the intent of the program that the credits are used by students to learn about how to use the cloud.
How long will it take for my application to be reviewed and approved?
For teaching credits, it may take up to 15 business days for your application to be processed. If you have applied for Google Cloud credits through the program before, the team may take your previous credit usage into account when reviewing your application. You should receive an email receipt soon after applying. Please review this receipt to ensure all information is correct. If you do not receive this receipt within an hour, please reach out to CloudEduGrants@google.com.
For a faster review time, please be sure to include information about your course, which Google Cloud tools students will use, and how the credits will be used by students in the course when you are applying. You may be contacted by our team to discuss your application to ensure we have all of the needed information to make a decision.
