trying to get more sales but all I am getting is clicks but no conversions
I have 100 percent optimization I have done almost everything I can think of right... I think ....and I can't seem to find someone to really help take a look at my account and tell me if I did something wrong and help me make adjustments

Here is what I would suggest and in full transparency, I am with an agency.
Do a little research and reach out to 1 or 2 agencies with a good reputation. Google is not able to review and assist the way they could pre-pandemic. IMO.
Have them review the account and ask them for a few action items you can do on your end to make the account convert. If they work, then talk to them more... if they don't, ignore their follow up calls.
You will want to ask them what the recommend for a budget and also make sure your current tracking is in place correctly. Also, ask what your impression share is and make sure you are targeting the locations you are wanting to target.
Do NOT pay for the review of the account.
Google Ads is an investment, so getting advice from an expert is worth it.

Well...typically I would agree with @Chris;...
I charge for an audit...this is work I do, If I am hired then I take into account the costד of the audit;
A thorough audit/ review of a midsize account taלes time and labor... and this cost...
