My account was suspended. How to confirm billing address for a bank card? 1 Recommended Answer 4 Replies 30 Upvotes

My account was blocked 5 days after it was created. During this time, payment was made twice from the card. The reasons are given: "Your account is suspended - We've detected suspicious payments in your account." and "Your account is suspended because your billing information can't be verified".
1. Could it be because the zip code is 5 digits rather than 9?
2. How I may to confirm billing address for company card?
3. Are there any special requirements for using company's bank card?

Please help unblock the account.

I filled out the form and after 2 days I received a message about the reactivating of the account. My ads showing now.
However, the red line with the message that the account has been blocked due to suspicious payments has not disappeared. What does it mean? Is it ok?

It may be because your account got reinstated recently. I would suggest to wait for a while and also see if you are able to run the ads. Sometimes the notifications keep coming and there is a lag.
