I have paid 120 S.R for Google ads and then I went ahead and I created a new ad campaign, but my balance is decreasing slowly although I have no ads running yet! And I am not able to see where are that money spent on. In addition, I have submitted my video ad two days ago and it has not been approved yet.  😞 I need someone's help, please.

Thank you,

Here, in Google Ads you'll only get charged based on the clicks you get towards the Active Campaigns.

In this case, I suggest you to check the billing transaction history. Where you'll get the detail description and also the reason why you got charged:

This is how you can see the transaction history:
  1. Sign in to your Google Ads account.
  2. Click the gear icon  and choose Billing & payments.
  3. From the menu on the left, click Transactions.
If in case, you find that the charges are not valid. Then please contact the Support ASAP.

Also, as you are stating that the Ad is not approved yet. In this case, after you create or edit an ad or extension, the review process begins automatically. All content in your ad is reviewed, including your headline, description, keywords, destination, and any images and video. During this process, the ad’s status will be "Under review."

If your ad passes the review, its status will change to "Approved," and it will start to run. If the review indicates that your ad violates a policy, its status will change to "Disapproved," which means it can’t show anywhere. You’ll be notified of the policy violation and told what you can do next.

Most ads are reviewed within 1 business day. However, some reviews take longer if the ad requires a more complex review.

If your ad is under review for more than 2 full business days, contact the support for information.

Hope this helps :)

Kind Regards,
