What steps do I need to follow to check for the "average monthly searches" for a keyword?

That’s kinda bs, it just brings me to the create an add page. I’m interested in researching niches and keywords, why the hell would I create an add for a store that doesn’t exist yet??

Google Trends is very useful for reseaching if you're not ready to launch a campaign yet.

Google will not give you very specific search volume or search trend data unless you have a Google Ads account. It seems that people were using this data for reasons outside of running Google Ads, so they have made that change. 

If you are not a customer using Google Ads, it will give you ranges of search volume.

Does anybody know why I am not able to see the graph "search volume trends" when I search on the keyword planner?
