Hello,

One of the websites we are managing recently got suspended for circumventing system policy. If someone can look into this and review it for us and let me know what's wrong that would be great. 


We are in full compliance with google ad policies both the ad and the website. All the ads in the google ad accounts are approved. 

I know this happened to me in the past on a different non-related account I was managing and after I appealed it, it came back within a few hours. Any help would be great. Also this account was suspended on Saturday, I appealed it and it came back on Wednesday. After a few hours, it was suspended again. I have attached a few ad copies of the ad as well.

I am looking for someone to review my website and also the ad copies before and let me know if there is something they see that could be causing my account to be flagged as circumventing. 

Also, please do not comment and say there is nothing that can be done. There is always a solution for every problem. I have had circumventing happen before and after a manual review, it usually gets approved. 

If there is anyone else that is having the same or similar issues, please comment below. Perhaps we can brain storm together and figure it out.

Circumventing Systems is usually triggered by one of these:
  • Being associated, in any way, with more than one Google Ads account
  • Being hacked and visitors were being redirected elsewhere
  • Using bad / Black Hat SEO methods
Do any of these sound like something that fits?
 
If not, we cannot give you any more information, and Google Ads support won't tell you the cause.
 
As an aside, if this site uses the Merchant Centre, you have potential issues in the future that should be fixed now - the most obvious are lack of a physical business address, and how I can add 100,000 pairs of socks to the cart (advertised products need to be in stock).

Hi

This website is only attached to one google ad account. We are a google agency so we manage a large number of websites. Nothing related. 

No hack or redirection. 

For MC, you only need 2 out 3, phone, email or address. For example, amazon or wish.com do not have an physical address you can visit.  We indicated email and phone number. 

You have a good point in terms of limited number of items in the cart. I’ll try to add that to my website. Although I don’t believe that is the reason why it was suspended for circumventing. 

It was be great if we had someone from
Google Trust and Safety team look into this. 

Any other feedback would be helpful.

Those were only tips for the future. Google's policy says 2 out of 3 but commonly all three are needed.
 
For circumventing - you say you are an agency but also refer to it as your website.
 
Are you using an MCC?
Are you a Google Partner?
Does every account use the client's billing and not yours?
 
This website is only attached to one google ad account
 
The (unwritten) rule is one account per advertiser, not website. One advertiser should only have one account for all of their websites.

Does every account use the client's billing and not yours? The Google Invoice System allows us to create new billing account for each client. We than invoice the client on a monthly basis. This is very normal practice for most google agencies in North America.

My company has just been hit with this policy as well.

Our website went down we fixed the issue suddenly upon submitted my campaign
we've been suspended for circumventing? 

If it is such why not warn us closing is the best measure Google can take
and that part boggles my mind.

Such a large company...
