I'm looking to remove a credit card associated with my Google account, as I have cancelled the credit card and it is no longer active. 

However, currently have around $90 in charges associated with a Google Ads campaign when my account got hacked on May 2nd. The user was logged in from Afghanistan and targeted users in Russia.

Anyway, I'm not looking to add a new credit card, as I'm not looking forwards to having to pay $90 in fraudulent ad activity. 

I've contacted Google's payments team already and unfortunately they were "unable to confirm fraudulent activity". This was, despite my entire 10+ year history with Google strictly on Windows, in North America. I'm not even certain why I have a credit card on my Google account.

Any help would be appreciated. Personally, I'm not on the hook for any money, as I've already called my bank and there hasn't been any charges. But I'm clearly not going to pay for this, so I'm not sure what to do.
