Create a call-only ad

Call-only ads are designed to encourage people to call your business, and can only appear on devices that make phone calls. When a potential customer clicks on your ad, it initiates a call to you from their device.

Instructions

  1. Click Ads in the type list, then select Call-only ads.
  2. Click Add call-only ad.
  3. Select the campaign and ad group for the ad, and click Ok.
  4. Add relevant information in the edit panel, including the phone number and description.
  5. Enable “Call Reporting” if you wish to collect data on your ad’s performance.
  6. Under “Conversion action,” choose if you want to count calls as conversions.
