You can use Google Ads Editor to create and edit price assets. Price assets can add more value to your Search Network text ads by giving you a bigger showcase for your services and range of products, and by linking people directly to what interests them on your site.
Create price asset
Price assets are managed in the Shared library. They must be created in the Shared library before they can be added to campaigns and ad groups. To create a new price asset, follow these steps:
- Click Shared library under the type list.
- Select Shared price assets in the left panel.
- Click Add shared price asset, above the data view.
- Make sure the new asset is selected in the data view and add the asset information in the edit panel.
Add a price asset to a campaign or ad group
- In the account tree, select the campaign or ad group where you want to add the asset.
- In the type list, select Ad assets and then Price assets.
- Above the data view, click Add price asset and select Campaign price asset or Ad group price asset from the drop-down menu.
- Choose the asset you want to add from the list.
- Click OK.
Edit a price asset
Price assets are managed in the Shared library, which means that changing the asset will update all campaigns and ad groups where that asset has been added. To edit a price asset, follow these steps:
- Click Shared library under the type list.
- Select Shared price assets in the left panel.
- Select an asset in the data view.
- Edit the asset’s information in the edit panel.
Note
All account-level shared items are shown in the Shared library even if only some campaigns are downloaded. Shared price assets won't show associations for campaigns that haven't been downloaded. Before removing price assets from the Shared price assets view, be sure to check that they aren’t associated with any un-downloaded campaigns.
