If you don't want Google Ads Editor to remember your account password when you exit, follow these steps:
- Go to the Tools menu > Settings (Windows) or Google Ads Editor > Preferences (Mac).
- On the General tab, select Sign out when I exit Google Ads Editor under the "Security" header.
- Click OK.
This setting allows you to sign out of your account each time you close Google Ads Editor. You'll still be able to make local, offline changes in Google Ads Editor, but you'll be asked to sign back in to your account if you'd like to post or download changes.
