*It isn't possible to edit an item that another user proposed removing or moving, but you can reject the proposal to remove it by selecting the row and clicking on Reject selected proposals. You can then edit the item.

Here are a few scenarios that illustrate the editing process:

Scenario 1: John is reviewing Anne's proposal. Anne proposed a new ad group with a maximum cost-per-click (CPC) bid of £0.50. John changes the bid to £0.60, so the new ad group is accepted, with a bid of £0.60.

Scenario 2: Anne is reviewing Robert's proposal. Robert proposed raising the maximum CPC bid of the keyword "red hats" to £0.50. However, in the time since Robert received the exported account, the keyword "red hats" has been removed. When Anne raises the bid to £0.60, the keyword is restored and the bid is set at £0.60.

Scenario 3: Robert is reviewing Joanna's proposal. Joanna proposed raising the maximum CPC bid and changing the final URL for the keyword "dating service". As in Scenario 2, this keyword has been removed. When Robert raises her proposed bid to £0.30, the keyword is restored and the bid is set to £0.30. The final URL will remain as a proposed change until it's rejected, accepted or manually edited.
