To uninstall Google Ads Editor, follow these steps:
- In the Start menu, select Control Panel or Settings > Control Panel.
- Select Programs and Features.
- Click Google Ads Editor, then click Uninstall. Repeat this step for every copy of Google Ads Editor, if you see more than one.
- To do a complete uninstall of Google Ads Editor, you can also remove the folder and file listed below. This will clear out all of the data you have stored in Google Ads Editor, and will result in a fresh instance of Google Ads Editor being installed (if you decide to reinstall it in the future).
Windows 7, Windows 8, or Windows 10:
C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Google\Google-Google Ads-Editor.ini
C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Google\Google-Google Ads-Editor
Mac
To uninstall Google Ads Editor, follow these steps:
- Open the Finder.
- Open the Applications folder.
- Find the Google Ads Editor icon.
- Move the icon to the trash.
- To do a complete uninstall of Google Ads Editor, you can also remove the folder and file listed below. This will clear out all of the data you have stored in Google Ads Editor, and will result in a fresh instance of Google Ads Editor being installed (if you decide to reinstall it in the future).

If the Library folder isn't visible, press Command+Shift+G, then type~/Library
and click Go.
