The Google Ads account can become unsuspended if it’s switched into a compliant billing method. In order to do so, please let us know specifically what you need help with in the following dropdown.

With monthly invoicing Google provides you a line of credit for your advertising costs, and you pay for those costs using a check, bank transfer, or other payment method depending on your location. Credit card payments are not allowed.

Acceptable documents include: Certificate of incorporation, articles of association, and other documents that establish a company's legal entity. The document typically includes the company's name, registered business address, registration number, date of incorporation and other relevant information.                                                                                                          Other items like your website link, IRS tax documents (including W-9 forms), utility bills, invoices, and bank statements are not considered registration documents. 
IMPORTANT: If you’re applying from one of the following countries, you must attach the English version of your registration document. If an English version isn’t available, you must translate your registration document into English and attach the translated document here.

Enter your company name and legal entity description exactly as it appears on your legal/registration document. For example, if your legal/registration document company name is “ABC Limited,” enter it in the exact same way, “ABC Limited” (and not, for example, “ABC Ltd.”). Note that we don’t accept fictitious names, trade names, brand names, or DBAs.

Enter your company address exactly as it appears on your legal/registration document, but keep in mind:

We don’t accept P.O. box or mailing addresses, or addresses that belong to a company branch or agent. 
If the registered business address isn't displayed on the legal/registration document, attach a letter on company letterhead which states the company’s current registered business address, signed by a legal department representative or a senior finance department representative (for example, a CFO, Finance Director, or other director) for the registered entity.


If your current address is different from the one on the legal/registration document, attach a letter on company letterhead which states the previous address and the new address, signed by a legal department representative or a senior finance department representative (for example, a CFO, FD, or other director) for the registered entity.

If IIBB status is Convenio Multilateral, attach CM01, latest CM05, and any local perceptions, withholdings, or exclusion documents.

Each payments profile must have one primary contact. Therefore if this user you would like to remove is currently the primary contact, make sure to assign a new primary contact by inputting "Add a new payment user / edit details of an existing payments user" above.

When you pay with your bank account (also known as direct debit), Google deducts your Google Ads costs from your bank account (learn more). The availability of this payment method for your account depends on your country and currency. Before proceeding, please verify if “Bank account (also known as direct debit)” is listed within the available payment methods in your country. If you would like to proceed, you will need to add your bank account details into your Ads account by following the steps from this article.
