About lead forms

As part of an ad campaign, you can attach a form to your campaign to generate leads for your business. You can create a new campaign with a new lead form, or attach a new lead form to an existing campaign.

How it works

  • Lead forms help you collect leads directly from your ad. People interested in your business or service can engage with you by filling out the form. 
  • For "Search" campaigns, lead forms can be added to campaigns as extensions. For "Video" campaigns, lead forms can be added during campaign creation and in your campaign settings.
  • You’ll be able to collect user info and then work on following up with potential customers.
    • Note: You’ll need to add the URL to your privacy policy, so that potential customers can read it before providing their information.
  • You can download and manage your collected leads in a CSV file.
    • Notes:
      • The CSV file will be empty until you receive your first lead form submit conversion.
      • You’ll need to download your leads often, since you can only download leads that have been collected for the last 30 days.
  • You can also receive your leads in real-time, by linking your lead form to your customer relationship management (CRM), through a webhook.
  • If you want to change the information you request (for example, a name or a phone number) in a lead form, you'll need to remove the existing lead form, then create a new lead form.
  • For "Video" campaigns, you can choose the type of leads you want to gather. You can choose to reach people more likely to be interested in your product ("Higher intent") or reach a higher number of people ("More volume") with your lead form.
