Product Linking: Link Hotel Center and Google Ads

Hotel Center and Google Ads work together to create and manage your hotel ad campaigns. This article shows you how to link and unlink your Google Ads and Hotel Center accounts.

Before you begin

To link your accounts, you'll need administrative access to a Google Ads account in Expert Mode and owner permissions in your Hotel Center account. To unlink an existing link from Google Ads, you'll need to have administrative access to a Google Ads account. Learn more About Smart Mode and Expert Mode.

Note:

  • You must be in Expert Mode to link your accounts.
  • A static or dynamic list of hotels will also be added to every link.
  • You may only link Hotel Center to a Google Ads manager account (MCC) for audience usage in Hotel Center. You’ll need to link individual non-MCC Google Ads accounts to Hotel Center in order to create hotel campaigns that use Hotel Center prices.
  • If you unlink your accounts, hotel ad campaigns that rely on product data from Hotel Center and Google Ads accounts will stop serving ads. You also won’t be able to create new hotel ad campaigns in Hotel Center and Google Ads based on product data from the unlinked accounts.
  • Certain Google Ads statistics like clicks will be shown in the linked Hotel Center account.
