How to get in touch

Send a message by mentioning @GoogleAds (Twitter) or posting to our page (Facebook, Google+, and YouTube). For security reasons, don’t share identifying personal information (ex: customer ID, email, password, phone number) over the channel.

If you have a general question or feedback about a Google Ads feature, the team will be able to answer it without these details. If you’re experiencing an account issue that needs more investigation, you’ll be sent to a secure form where you can provide your account details.

If you need help over the weekend or want to discuss strategy with other advertisers, you can post and answer questions in the Google Ads Community. You can also register and tune in for Google Partners weekly live streams.
