Accidental damage, theft, or loss

The limited warranty included with your Glass Explorer Edition does not cover accidental damage (for example dropping your Glass, stepping on your Glass, or submerging your Glass in water). At this time, we are unable to offer repairs, replacements, or discounts for accidental damage, theft, or loss.

If you have previously purchased a separate coverage policy from a third-party insurer, or are covered under your credit card or home insurance policy, please coordinate reimbursement directly with the company providing coverage.
