Returns, exchanges, and warranty


Google will accept returns for refund within 30 days from delivery or physical pick-up of device. After we confirm no major damage has occurred, a full refund will be issued. This may take up to two weeks. Send us a message with information about why you'd like to return your device and we'll help get the return process started for you.


We warrant the Device against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for one year from the date of receipt.

This limited warranty applies only to hardware components of the Device that are not subject to accident, misuse, neglect, fire or other external causes, unauthorized use, alterations, or repair, installation or enabling of unauthorized software or services, unauthorized alterations to the Glass software or Glass services, unauthorized resale, or commercial use.

If we elect to do an advanced replacement of your device, we will place the cost of the device ($1500 plus tax) hold on your credit card. We will charge the full retail price of the replacement device if we do not receive your original device within 21 days of delivering your new device.

We may, at our sole discretion and separate from your warranty coverage, offer to replace any Glass so that we can study incurred damage and learn how to improve Glass. These cases are exceptional, and our team evaluates each case individually based on its novelty and its potential for improving the Glass design through further study.

We will also offer to replace a damaged Glass if we find that the damage was caused by a defect in manufacturing or workmanship under ordinary consumer use within one year of purchase, under the terms of the limited warranty.
