Shipping and delivery

Glass is usually delivered under 7 to ten days. All deliveries require a signature upon delivery.

Shipping time

Shipping can take up to ten days to process. Please be patient. We'll ship it to you as fast as we can. Once an order is processed, it will be shipped via UPS overnight and we'll send you the tracking number via email.

If you have not received a package tracking number after two business days have passed, please call us at 1-844-GLASS-84 or send us a message.

Shipping cost

Glass is shipped to Explorers at no additional charge.

Shipping locations

Glass can be shipped anywhere within the United States.

At this time, deliveries cannot be made to P.O. boxes, military addresses outside of the United States and Puerto Rico or other U.S. Territories. When placing an order, please make sure to provide a valid shipping address. Also, please be sure to use caution when shipping orders to commercial locations, as Google is not responsible for lost packages that have been successfully delivered.

Redirecting a package or changing your shipping address

If your package has not yet shipped, please call us at 1-844-GLASS-84 or send a message to correct or change your shipping address.

Due to the speed at how we process our business, we can not process last minute redirects or address changes. UPS permits redirection in limited circumstances. If UPS has unsuccessfully attempted to deliver your package, find the tracking number in your confirmation email, contact UPS customer support and ask that your package be held for pickup in a local shipping facility.

Trouble locating a delivered package

If you're having difficulty locating a package marked as delivered, please confirm via your tracking number details of the package delivery. After doing so, we recommend checking with housemates or coworkers to see if someone else accepted your delivery. If you're still unable to locate your package, please contact UPS directly for further assistance and reference the name of the signature that accepted the package.

UPS will only make three attempts to deliver a package before returning it to Google. When UPS notifies us of these cases, we may contact the phone number we have on file for the intended recipient.

We do our best to package everything in the same box, but some Accessories may be delivered separately depending on availability.
