Find rental properties & book tours on Zillow with Gemini Apps

You can ask Gemini Apps to help you find rental properties, review tour schedules, and book property tours on Zillow.

What you need

To connect the Zillow app to Gemini Apps, you need to:

Be 18 or over and in the US.
Be signed in to Gemini Apps with a personal Google Account. For now, this feature isn’t available if you sign in with a work or school Google Account. Learn how to sign in to Gemini Apps.
Have Keep Activity on. Gemini can’t connect to Zillow when this setting is off.

Important: For now, the Zillow connected app is:

Only available in English.
Only available in the Gemini mobile app and the Gemini web app at gemini.google.com.
Not available in certain features, like Gems or Gemini Live.

Connect Zillow to Gemini Apps

On your phone or tablet, open the Gemini mobile app or go to gemini.google.com.
Ask the Gemini app to find rental properties and book tours for you.
- Tip: Mention “Zillow” or add @Zillow to your prompt.
If Zillow isn’t connected, you’ll get the option to connect it.
- To connect to Zillow, your Zillow account must be linked to your Google Account. If it isn’t, follow the steps in the Gemini app to link it.
Follow the on-screen instructions.

Tips:

For more tailored responses, include specific details in your request, like number of bedrooms, your budget, your preferred tour times, and neighborhoods you’re interested in.
You can disconnect the Zillow app anytime in your Connected Apps settings.

Find rental properties & book tours

Ask the Gemini app to find rental properties with your criteria and the features you want.
Review the properties that Gemini provides and tell it which ones you’re interested in.
Review the tour times and reply with the ones you want to book.
Review your contact details from Zillow and confirm. Gemini will book the tours.

Tip: If you’ve connected the Google Workspace app to Gemini Apps, you can do things like save your searches to Google Keep and ask Gemini to check your Google Calendar before booking tours.

What Gemini Apps can’t do with Zillow

For now, Gemini Apps can’t perform certain actions for you using the Zillow app, like:

Provide neighborhood safety scores
Show 3D tours
Submit applications for properties
Research properties for sale
Manage your tour bookings
Contact the property manager or owner
