Send feedback or report a problem with Gemini Apps

If you get a response that’s inaccurate or that you feel is unsafe, you can give feedback on that response to let us know. If you have a general issue with Gemini Apps, or want to tell us about your experience, you can report a problem.

Give feedback on a response

Important: Users with a work or school account that has the Gemini for Google Workspace add-on won’t be able to add additional feedback or attach content.

Your feedback helps make Gemini Apps more helpful, accurate, and safe.

Below the response from Gemini Apps, tap Good response or Bad response .
Optionally, you can select a reason, enter additional feedback, and choose to not include the last image uploaded before this response with your feedback.
- Tip: You can help us understand your feedback better when you select a reason. For example, if you select Bad response because it’s unsafe or offensive, selecting Offensive / Unsafe helps us understand your rating.
If you provide additional feedback, tap Submit.

Report a problem or send general feedback

In the Gemini web app

On your Android phone or tablet, go to gemini.google.com.
At the top, tap Menu Help Help.
At the bottom, tap Report a problem.
Enter your feedback. You can choose to add a screenshot to help us better understand the issue.
At the bottom, tap Send.

In the Gemini mobile apps

On your Android phone, open Gemini .
At the top, tap your Profile picture or initial Feedback Get started.
Enter your feedback about the Gemini mobile app. You can choose to add a screenshot to help us better understand the issue.
Tap Send feedback .

Report a legal issue

To report a response for legal reasons:

Below the response, tap More Report legal issue.
Select the reason you wish to report content.
Follow the on-screen instructions.
