Display videos in table rows

To include videos in your tables, host the video on YouTube.  From the video's YouTube page, click Share and Embed to get the embed code for the video, which should look something like this:
<iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/<VIDEO ID>" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

To have videos display in the New look:

  1. On a Rows layout, click the cell and then the pencil icon to bring up the Edit dialog.
  2. Paste the code into the table cell.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Click the column name containing the video embed code and choose Change.
  5. Make sure it is type Text.
  6. Under Format, select "YouTube, Vimeo, or Google Map".
  7. Click Save.

To have videos display in the table view in Classic:

  1. Paste the code into the table cell in Fusion Tables.
  2. Click Edit > Modify Columns.
  3. Select the column with the video embed code, and make sure it is type Text.
  4. Under Format, select "YouTube, Vimeo, or Google Map".
  5. Click Save.

The video will now appear within the table.

Tip: To show videos within the Map info window, configure a custom info window template and set a height and width for the video within the HTML of the template. This helps the map know how big it needs to draw the info window before it has a chance to load the video.
