Learn how to organize, share, and download your projects, assets, and collections in Flow.

Manage your Flow projects

Create a project

1. On your device, go to Flow.
2. Click + New project.

Rename a project

1. On your device, go to Flow.
2. Under the project you want to rename, click Edit project .
3. Rename the project.
4. Click Check .

Delete a project

1. On your device, go to Flow.
2. Under the project you want to delete, click Delete project .

Find your project assets

1. On your device, go to Flow.
2. Click the project you want to manage.
3. On the left, select the media type you want to find.
   • All media: Click All Media .
   • Images: Click Images .
   • Videos: Click Videos .
   • Uploads: Click Uploads .

Search & filter for your assets

1. On your device, go to Flow.
2. Click the project you want to manage.
3. At the top, in the search bar, enter your search term.
4. To filter your results, click Filters .

Organize your project assets with collections

To organize your assets, sort them into collections. Like folders, you can also create collections within collections.

Create a collection

1. On your device, go to Flow.
2. Click the project you want to organize.
3. At the top right, click Add Create Collection.
   • To create a collection, you can also drag one asset tile on top of another.
4. To add your assets to a collection, drag them into it.

Remove assets from a collection

1. On your device, go to Flow.
2. In the project you want to organize, click the collection you want to remove assets from.
3. Drag the asset you want to remove to “Move out of collection.”

Download your videos from Flow

You can easily share your creations when you download them as GIFs or video files.

1. On your device, go to Flow.
2. Open an existing project or start a new one.
3. Hover over the asset you want to download.
4. Click More Download.
5. Select the file type you want to download.
   • To download a GIF, click 270p.

Share images & videos from Flow

When you share an image or video, anyone with the link can find and use your creation.

1. On your device, go to Flow.
2. In an existing project, hover over the image or video you want to share.
3. Click More  Share.
4. Optional: To share the ingredients used to generate your creation, turn on Include inputs.
5. Click Copy link.

Tip: To stop sharing an image or video, you must delete the original creation from Flow.
