You can share a link to a report or export a report as a PDF or CSV.
To share or export a report, you need the Viewer role at the property level.
Share a report
- From the left menu, select Reports
.
- In the top right of a report, click
.
- Select Share link.
- Click Copy link.
The link is copied to your device clipboard so you can share a link to the report with others.
Export a report
- From the left menu, select Reports
- In the top right of a report, click
- Select Download file.
- Select Download PDF or Download CSV.
When you download the file as a PDF or CSV, the file will be available in your downloads folder.
Google Analytics exports up to 5k rows when you download a report as a CSV.

In addition to the options in Google Analytics, you can:

No share or export option on a custom report
You can't share a report while you are customizing it. Finish customizing your report and save it. Click Back, or if you were editing the report from the library, navigate to it from Reports in the left menu. You will then be able to share or export it.
No share or export option from the library
Navigating to a report in the library opens it in Customize report mode. You can't share or download a report while you are customizing it. Navigate to it from Reports in the left menu. You will then be able to share or export it.
If the report you want to share or export is in the library but not in the navigation, check if it's part of a collection and if that collection is published. Learn how to customize report navigation.
