I cannot get my Bluetooth shutter button to work

I have more than a half dozen remote control IOS and Android small shutter buttons. All they do is raise the volume control up and down on my screen, after connecting. Sure would like to get these to work. We love our Lia Loma pad 3D absolutely amazing.

Welcome to the Files by Google community.

This has nothing to do with the Files by Google app. But the reason those buttons press the volume buttons is because on most devices, if you press the volume buttons in the camera app, it takes the picture. Check in the settings of your camera app and enable the volume buttons.
