I need more specifics on when Google Fiber will be available in my recent setup, nowhere was it made clear that this is not immediate, not until you got my credit card info. If you can't do it in a week I need to cancel 0 Recommended Answers 3 Replies 0 Upvotes

I agree. It is an open ended wait with no feedback or a place to see where in line is my house, etc...

i have been waiting over a year.... did not extend my contract with my current isp so i am paying twice as much as i would have to avoid the early contract cancellation fee this is getting ridiculous

A year?  Pfffft.  I've had the jack installed in my place for around 2 years.  I registered over 3 years ago, maybe 4 years.  Yet it was never lit so all the fiber in the building is dark.  And, I'm getting moldy.   Was depressing to watch them install fiber about an arms throw away at 7East Condos and I swear there is a blue capped fiber line on the pole outside with GF marked on it.  I wonder if they'd object if I spliced the fiber myself.  All I need is about 6ft of fiber.
