TV box won't tune/says it's "having trouble" tuning in ALL channels I navigate to...I'm not alone. 0 Recommended Answers 4 Replies 1 Upvote

TURN IT ON. No channels - except the shopping channels - will tune. The blue box error says that it's "having difficulty" tuning to any other station. Both receivers are doing this. We've tried resetting/restarting them with no success.

I am having the same issue every day.  Have tried shutting the power off, resetting the boxes, etc.  This will fix the problem for a short period of time, then I lose the channels once again.  So frustrating!

Happening to me as well June 2019... cmon google fiber fix the on demand glitches!  I have encountered MANY odd glitches.

This is happening to all channels.  As described above, if i reset modem and TV box, you can watch for 30 mins before issue resurfaces.
