I'd like to change payment date from the 13th to the 15th

This is ridiculous and costly. Why does the impetus for making the payment have to fall on me? Why cant you be like a normal internet provider and work with apparently THOUSANDS of people who would like to be able to change the date? 

Because of yoru stubborn refusal, I apparently missed 2 payments and now while I am at work my family is without internet. I guess rather than getting a prepaid debit card to accommodate YOU, I am finding a new service today. One that will allow for a due date change.

I will be finding another service.    need to be able to talk with someone about my bill. how do Igo about counseling your service?

I don't understand this 'policy' either. I'm self-employed and payment on jobs isn't always immediate. Stuff happens. I rely on wifi calling for my kid when he is home alone because we get NO mobile signal. So, I'll be suspended and will pay my bill 2 days later, but they can shove the reconnect fee. I'm done. Spectrum sucks but at least they work with customers.
