All of my "Reserved IP" switches are grayed out on all devices on my local network.  I have a bunch of devices with their IP addresses locked in DHCP, using the "Reserved IP" option on those devices.

I have a lot of devices, and setting smart devices with reserved IPs helps me manage them.  Today, all "Reserved IP" configs are grayed out.  I cannot turn off IPs with Reserved IP on, nor can I turn on Reserved IPs for devices that don't yet have it on.

How do I re-enable the Reserved IP feature?  Why are they disabled?

Maybe I hit a limit of too many devices with Reserved IPs, but I removed an old device from my network which had Reserved IP, and they're all still grayed out. Reloaded the page, signed-out and back in, still have Reserved IP grayed out on all devices.

You can enable the Reserved IP switch if you go add some port forwarding rule for that IP address.  Add any port forwarding rule.  Then the Reserved IP switch will become available. Use it to turn on Reserved IP.    Apply the changes.   Then go back into the settings for that IP, and remove the port forwarding you added.  It will remain Reserved IP "yes".

Doing what @John Morris said only allows you to turn them on, not off.  Once it is on, it is still grayed out "on".  How do I go about turning them off too?

Thank You,

Would love to figure this out.  Google Fiber's interface is the lamest I've ever seen.  They literally give you two options for an IP address and one of those doesn't work lol.

DDWRT in 2005 was light years ahead of this.

I am noticing the same thing in my account. I have 3 devices that I previously setup with "Reserved IP". For these ones I cannot turn "Reserved IP" off.

For all other devices, I cannot turn on "Reserved IP".

Same issue. This needs to get resolved by Google ASAP.

Agreed...   It refuses to forget PCs I no longer own.  If you replace a PC (or NIC) the MAC address is forever bound to the reserved IP.

FYI, if anyone is comfortable using their web browsers developer tools, it seems possible to disable the reserved IP slider by editing the class of the reserved IP span tag to "toggle on". You'll then need to remove the "disabled" property from the "Apply" button tag to submit the form.
