Create a Google Account to sign up for Fiber

To sign up for Google Fiber, you’ll need to either use your existing Google Account credentials or create a new Google Account using your preferred email address.

When using a business, university or other institutional email address to create a Google Account, please be advised that your organization's administrator may place security restrictions on Google Payments when it’s time to pay for your Fiber service.

You have two options to create your Google Account: one that comes with a new Gmail address or one that uses your existing, non-Gmail address:

To create a Google Account and a new Gmail address:

1. Visit the Create your Google Account page.

2. Fill out the requested information and select Next.

3. Then, you’ll need to accept the Terms & Conditions.

4. Verify the account via text message or voice call.

5. Enter the verification code you received and click Continue.

6. From the Welcome! confirmation page, select Continue.

7. You'll be redirected to your My Account page.

To create a Google Account with your non-Gmail address:

1. Visit the Create your Google Account page.

2. Click Use my current email address instead and fill out the requested information.

3. Fill out the requested information and select Next.

4. Then, you’ll need to accept the Terms & Conditions.

5. Verify the account via text message or voice call.

6. Enter the verification code you received and click Continue.

7. Verify your email address.

8. Once the email address has been verified, you'll have access to your My Account page.
