Manage billing in your GFiber account

You can easily see past statements, pay your outstanding balance, update your payment methods, and more — all from your GFiber account.

View past billing statements

GFiber billing is 100% electronic for your security and convenience. Within your account, you can view and compare past statements or download them for your records.

All your have to do is sign in to your GFiber accountand scroll down to see a list of your most recent monthly statements.

How and when credits are applied

We’re here to do what’s right for you. In the event that we owe you a credit, it'll be applied on your next month's bill.

If you’re a GFiber Business 2 Gig customer, credits will be applied automatically according to your service level agreement.

Update your payment methods

Since we automatically charge the payment method that's on file each month, there’s no need to sign in every time to make a payment. Within your account, you can assign a new payment method or add a backup payment method.

Pay your outstanding balance

There are a few instances when you might find an outstanding balance on your account – such as if we charge an expired credit card or a prepaid card with insufficient funds, for example.

To make sure your account is in good standing, you can update your payment method. After you update your payment method, an automatic charge will be initiated on the new payment method for the full balance you owe.

The modal within the GFiber customer portal to update a payment method. This example customer is updating their Visa card. There are inputs for the card expiration date, CVC, name, and address. There is an optional input for card nickname.

While we're not able to move your bill's due date or remove automatic billing from your account, you can make a manual payment at any time.
