How to check for a service outage

Your Fiber account is equipped to notify you in the case of a known network outage that impacts your service.

Sign in to your Fiber Account to check for a current network outage

A message at the top of your Fiber Account page will let you know if you’re experiencing a network outage or other known service disruption.

  1. Sign in to your Fiber Account using the email address and password you used when you originally signed up for Fiber.

  1. Check for an alert at the top of the page about a network outage affecting your Google Fiber service.



  1. If there’s no alert about known service issue, but you still experiencing connection issues, there may be an issue with your in-home network. Please visit our network connection troubleshooter to help diagnose the issue.
