You can use the Google Fiber app to customize your network's DNS settings.
Dynamic DNS is only supported on the original black Network Box, models GFRG210 and GFRG200. It is not supported on our new 2G devices or GWifi. Refer to this link for more info.
To configure your DNS settings:
- Touch Network
- Touch Edit Network Settings
- Touch Advanced Network Settings
- Touch DNS
- To customize your DNS settings, tap the Define custom servers toggle.
- Once you toggle it ON, enter up to 3 DNS server addresses and click Save.
To enable Dynamic DNS, use the Service Provider menu to choose a service provider.
These are advanced settings. You won't need to view or change these settings for typical use of your network.
