Restart your Network Box with the Fiber app

You can use the Fiber app to easily restart your Google Fiber Network Box.

If the Network Box's LED light is indicating any other color than solid blue, you can reboot it to resolve your network issue.

To restart your Network Box:

  1. Touch menu , then Network .
  2. Touch Restart Network Box.

    Restart your Google Fiber Network box (router) using the Fiber app.
  3. Confirm that you want to restart.
    The Network Box restarts. The light on the Network Box may turn red, then flashing blue, then solid blue. When the light is solid blue, the Network Box has finished restarting.

If restarting your Network Box fails to resolve an issue, try restarting again. If restarting multiple times still doesn't help, please contact Google Fiber customer support.
