Add and remove users on your phone service

Google Fiber Phone and Google Voice no longer offer the option to invite other (secondary) users to share your phone service. If you already have secondary users on your Google Fiber Phone service and would like to make changes, please contact GFiber customer support.

You can invite others to share your Google Fiber Phone service. Your phone service can have up to three users (including you), each with a unique phone number, voicemail, and ringtone. When you invite another person to share your service, they'll receive an email invitation with instructions for setting up their phone service on your account. In addition, you can remove users from your phone service at any time.

To invite a user to share Google Fiber Phone service:

  1. Sign in to your Google Fiber account and select Phone at the top-left of the window. (Selections are displayed without a navigation menu if your browser window is enlarged.)

  2. Click Invite a new user.

  3. Enter the user's email address; then click Next.

After responding to the invitation and selecting a phone number, the user will be added to your phone account.

To remove a user from your Google Fiber Phone service:

  1. Sign in to your Google Fiber account and select Phone at the top-left of the window. (Selections are displayed without a navigation menu if your browser window is enlarged.)

  2. Click Remove next to the user's name you want to remove. A confirmation message appears.

  3. Click OK.

When you remove a user from your Google Fiber Phone service, they'll receive an email to notify them that they're no longer sharing your phone service.
