- Touch Contact us .
Additionally, you can search for help articles, view popular help resources, get community assistance, or send feedback.
- Touch Chat to start an online chat with a GFiber team member.
- Touch Additional contact options for alternative methods of getting support.
- Touch Email us to create a new email addressed to the customer support team.
- Touch a phone number to call customer support using your mobile device.
If you call and you're asked for your customer support PIN, you can find it by following the steps below:
Find your PIN on the Account screen
