Contact customer support from the Fiber app
To contact Google Fiber customer support:
- Touch menu , then Support .
- Touch Email to create a new email addressed to customer support, or touch Call to call customer support using your mobile device.
If you call and you're asked for your customer support PIN, you can find it in the Fiber app. Touch menu , then Account . Your PIN appears above the Plan details section.
