Contact customer support with the Google Fiber app

To contact GFiber customer support:

  1. Open the Google Fiber app and then touch Support .

  2. Touch Contact us .  

    Additionally, you can search for help articles, view popular help resources, get community assistance, or send feedback.

    Support options
  3. Touch Chat  to start an online chat with a GFiber team member.  
  4. Touch Additional contact options for alternative methods of getting support.  
  • Touch Email us  to create a new email addressed to the customer support team. 
  • Touch a phone number to call customer support using your mobile device.

If you call and you're asked for your customer support PIN, you can find it by following the steps below:

Find your PIN on the Account screen

  1.  Touch Back < on the top left corner

  2.  Touch Account  on the bottom of the screen. Your PIN will appear in the Account Info section.
