We regularly update the GFiber App with new features to help make it even easier for you to manage your home or business network. We’ll be making improvements throughout 2025 and beyond, so your GFiber App might look different from the examples below.
Use the GFiber App to make an early payment on your account. Since we automatically charge your primary payment method on the due date, you won't need to sign in to your Fiber account each time to initiate a payment.
To make a payment:

Navigate to the Account tab. Your amount due will be displayed under Billing Info.

Select Manage payments under the Billing Info section.
- Tap Pay Early.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment.
