Check your local weather

This article applies to customers who have the new version of Fiber TV. If you have the older version of our user interface, please view this article on how to check your local weather.

You can check the local weather for your area on Google Fiber TV, using the Weather app. This app provides hourly and daily information, including:

• General weather conditions (sunny, cloudy, and so on)
• Predicted high and low temperatures
• Percent change of precipitation (POP)
• Humidity
• Wind speed and direction

To view local weather:

1. Press on the remote control, select Apps, and press ok.

2. On the Apps page, select Weather and press ok.

   

   You'll see your local area's hourly weather for today's date.

   

3. To see the daily weather for the next week, select Daily at the top of the page. 

   

To exit the Weather app:

To return to the Apps page, press  on the remote. Or, to return to live TV, press   on the remote.
