This article applies to customers who have the new version of Fiber TV. If you have the older version of our user interface, please view this article on how to deactivate VUDU.
If you've activated VUDU on your Fiber TV Box, you can deactivate it to sign out of your account at any time. For example, if you change your VUDU password or want to sign in with a different account, you can deactivate VUDU, and then activate the service again with the new account information.
You need to deactivate VUDU on each Fiber TV Box from which you want to sign out of the VUDU app.
Deactivating VUDU on your TV Box does not affect your VUDU account.
To deactivate VUDU on your Fiber TV Box:

Press
on the remote control, select Settings, and press ok.

Select Advanced and press ok.

Select Deactivate VUDU and press ok.

In the confirmation message, select OK and press ok.
You can also open the VUDU app to activate it from the Settings menu.
