Connect using Windows 8

1. Do one of the following, depending on the device you're using:

   • On a mobile device, swipe in from the right edge of the screen; then tap Settings.

   • If you’re using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer up, and then click Settings.

2. Check the network icon.

3. If you’re not connected, tap or click    or  .

4. Touch or click the name of your private network, and then touch or click Connect.

5. Enter your Wi-Fi password. If you want to connect to this network every time it’s in range, select the Connect automatically option.
