Connect your Android device

  1. On your device screen, touch    and then touch  .

  2. Touch Wi-Fi and then select it to turn it on.

    The device scans and displays the names of available Wi-Fi networks. Secured networks display  .  If your device finds a network it was previously connected to it automatically connects to it, in which case you can skip the next step.

  3. Locate and touch the name of your private network to connect to it; then enter your Wi-Fi password and touch Connect.

    When you’re connected to a network,    appears in the upper-right corner of your device. You can touch the name of your network on the Wi-Fi settings screen for details about the speed, security, address, and related settings.
