Fiber for small business tenants

The process for getting Fiber for your small business is different depending on whether your business is in a single business unit or a multi-tenant unit.

If your business is located in a single business unit

To get Google Fiber installed for your business, check your address. If your address is eligible, you can sign up online. Once you have signed up, we’ll contact you to arrange a site survey of your location. We conduct a site survey to confirm that we can install Fiber at the property. If the survey is completed successfully, we'll send you an email with information about scheduling your installation.

If you are a tenant in a multi-tenant unit

To install Google Fiber for your business, we need to sign an access agreement with your property management representatives and perform a site survey. Ask your property management representatives to fill out this form to start the process, and direct them to this help article for more information.

After we receive the form, a Google Fiber team member will contact your property managers to answer any questions they have about bringing Fiber to the property. Then, we'll work with them to sign an agreement to access the property and schedule a site survey. We conduct a site survey to confirm that we can install Fiber at the property. Once the agreement is signed, you can sign up for Google Fiber.

After you have signed up and the site survey is completed successfully, we'll send you an email with information about scheduling your installation.

Service is not available in all areas. If your business is located in a single business unit, your address must be in an area that has qualified for service. If there is an agreement between a property manager and Google Fiber, you can sign up for Fiber service, but there might be other conditions that affect our ability to bring Fiber to the building.
