Find your Wi-Fi password

This article applies to customers who have a Fiber Network Box as their router. If you have Google Wifi instead of a Network Box, you can use the Google Wifi app to manage your account.

If you've forgotten your Wi-Fi network password, you can find it in your Fiber account. For your privacy and security, our support team cannot access or change your existing Fiber Wi-Fi network password.

If you're unable to sign into your Fiber account because you forgot your Google Account password, go to the password recovery page and follow the on-screen instructions to reset your Google Account password first.

If you know your Wi-Fi password and want to change it, you can do so from your Fiber account.

To find your Wi-Fi password in your Fiber account:

  1. Sign in to Fiber using the email and password you use for your Fiber account.

  2. Select Network at the top-left corner. (If you don’t see it, click the navigation menu to display the selection.)

  3. To the right of Wi-Fi password, click Show to display your password.
