Add or remove TV packages

You can add or remove optional TV packages at any time after installation.

To add or remove TV packages:

  1. Sign in to Fiber using the email and password you use for your Fiber account.

  2. On your Account page, in the TV packages section, click Manage Plan.

  3. On your Plan Details page, in the TV packages section, click Add or remove TV packages.

 

If you've already made a change to your plan and it's pending, you'll be asked to cancel the pending change before continuing. For example, if you've already made a change to remove a TV Box, you must cancel that change before adding or removing a TV package.

The Change Plan screen displays the channels included with each package. Please note that prices may vary by city:

 

  1. Select the TV packages you want to add, and/or deselect any TV packages you want to remove.
  2. Click Continue. The Review changes screen appears.

  3. Review your changes, and click Edit next to any change you want to revise.

  4. After confirming that the changes are correct, click the blue links in the acceptance box to read the terms and conditions. If you agree to the terms and conditions, check all the boxes, and then click Submit.

    If you remove a TV package that includes one or more channels from which you have recorded content, the content can no longer be watched when the TV package is removed at the end of the month. Although the content may still appear in your recorded shows, it cannot be watched.
Billing information

If you add TV packages:

  • The new channel options you select are activated within minutes of saving the plan change.

  • Your next bill will include a prorated charge for the TV packages for the current month and the full charge of the TV packages for the next month. For example, if you upgrade to Showtime on June 15, your July bill will show a $5 charge for June 15-30 plus the full $10 charge for the month of July.

  • All charges are subject to applicable taxes and fees, which are explained in your monthly bill.

If you remove TV packages:

  • Because you pay in advance for each month of service, the TV package removal takes place the month after you change your plan. You can continue enjoying the content through the end of the current month.

  • If you remove a TV package, and then decide to keep it, you can cancel the pending removal. From the Account tab, click Add or remove TV packages, then click Cancel request.
