Fiber for rental properties

Google Fiber is available to apartments, condos, townhomes, and single-family homes that are rentals in the areas we serve. If you are a property owner or property manager, this information is for you. If you are renting property, see the tenants and condo owners information.

We define an MDU as a residential property with 9 or more units. This is a property that contains multiple residences, such as an apartment building or condo complex. When you get Google Fiber, you get it for your whole property.

If you own an apartment or condo complex with nine or more units, please fill out this form to get started. If your building has fewer than nine units, ask each unit to sign up for service individually.
