After you schedule an appointment either online or on the phone with a customer support agent, you can change your appointment online up until 2 hours before the scheduled time within your Fiber account.
Of course, you can always contact Google Fiber customer support to change the appointment for you, if you prefer.
To change your appointment online:
Sign in to Fiber using the email and password you use for your Fiber account. Your Account page appears and your appointment date and time appear at the top of the window.
Click Reschedule appointment under your appointment date and time. The Scheduling screen displays the next several available appointments you can select in a day.
Click one of the available appointments, or click on the Calendar icon to select another day.
After you select an appointment time, the Additional Details screen appears.
Review the installation details, and then click Confirm if you agree.
Your new appointment change is displayed on your Account page and serves as a reminder. You can follow the steps above whenever you need to reschedule.
