Change an appointment
After you schedule an installation appointment either online or on the phone with a customer support agent, you can change your appointment online. Of course, you can always contact Google Fiber customer support to change the appointment for you, if you prefer.
To change your appointment online:
Sign in to Fiber using the email and password you use for your Fiber account. Your Account page appears and your appointment date and time appear at the top of the window.
Click Change appointment under your appointment date and time. The Select Appointment screen displays the next several days of appointments.
Click one of the available appointments, or click Continue to see more options.
If you prefer a date later than the last available date displayed, click Schedule Later when it appears on the screen, follow the on-screen prompts, and skip the rest of these steps.
After you select an appointment time, the Additional Details screen appears.
Answer any questions that appear on this screen, and then click Book Appointment.
If you want to add the appointment to your online calendar (optional), click Add to Calendar.
A message from your default calendar prompts you to confirm that you want to add the appointment. The steps for this action vary, depending on which calendar application you use.
Follow the on-screen instructions to add the appointment to your calendar.
Remember to remove your original appointment from your online calendar, if you added it. We do not automatically remove it for you when you change your appointment.
